Kobolds eliminated from BTS Pro Series: SEA Season 14
The organizer of the BTS Pro Series: SEA Season 14 announced the elimination of Kobolds from the list of participants. The information appeared on the organizer's social media.
In an announcement, Beyond The Summit said they suspect Kobolds of participating in match-fixing. Now they are conducting an internal investigation. The team was withdrawn from the tournament until clarified all the circumstances.
As a reminder, Kobolds received an invitation to the group stage of the BTS Pro Series: SEA Season 14. After the team was eliminated, there were 8 participants left in the groups, and the organizer decided not to look for a replacement.
BTS Pro Series: Season 14 runs from January 27 to February 18, 2023. It is divided into 2 regions: the Americas and Southeast Asia. Each has a prize pool of $40,000.
