Today was played the 50,000th match on the professional Dota 2 scene
Today has become an anniversary one for the Dota 2 PRO scene. At the Huya Dota2 Winter Invitational, the match between Team Aster and IG.Vitality became 50,000th one. Because of that, Esports analyst Ben "Noxville" Steenhuisen shared some interesting statistics.
After the moving of Dota 2 to the Source 2 engine, 4,450,673 teamfights were played on the professional scene, and, most interestingly, among all of them, there was only one case when a player won a 1vs. 5 fight. This player was Miracle-.
This moment happened at the group stage of ESL One Birmingham 2019 when Miracle- played for Team Liquid. Noxville clarified that this is the only moment where only one player from the team was involved in a match from its start to finish.
In addition to this moment, there were more interesting statistics.
