Team Spirit won The International 10 CIS Qualifiers
Qualifiers for The International 10 in the CIS region came to an end. In the grand final, Team Spirit defeated Team Empire with a 3:2 score. Together with the champion's title, Team Spirit receives a direct invite to The International 10. The team will attend the main tournament of the year for the first time in its history.
Interestingly, Team Empire, who finished second, started from the Lower bracket because the team spent their second season of DPC Regional Leagues in the Lower Division. They beat 5 teams from the Upper Division during the qualifiers.

Qualifiers for The International 10 in the CIS region was the first and took place from June 23 to 26. 14 teams who didn't get a direct invite to TI 10 after the second season of DPC: CIS were playing there.
The International 10 itself was supposed to be held from August 5 to 15 in Stockholm, Sweden. But due to organizational difficulties, the tournament had to be moved to another venue.
